ADA Queen Room

ADA Compliance room are available with one queen bed and include  ADA compliant features such as Guest Bathrooms with Roll-in Showers , Grab bars, Audible Fire Alarms with Visual Alarm Strobe Lights.  Accessible rooms can be booked and guaranteed online or by phone at 530.582.5655

Double Queen Room

Popular style for families or two friends coming up for some mountain adventure. These rooms feature two queen size beds, eating bar and a well appointed bathroom with shower/tub combination. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults, 2 children.

Designer Queen Room

One of our most popular rooms for couples with a sense of style. Designer leather platform queen bed, large working desk, sofa, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and private deck overlooking our garden courtyard. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

Premier King Room

Much like our Single Queen room, our Premier King is cozy, tight and minimalist in design.  The Premier King room features a working desk, chaise lounge and well appointed bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. Maximum Occupancy is 2 adults.

King Suite Room

 Our King Suite (junior suite) features a king size bed, complete sitting area with sofa, chair and coffee table, large working desk and well appointed bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. Maximum Occupancy is 2 adults.

Luxury Suite Room

Offers a separate bedroom with a king size bed and working desk. The living room features our designer sofa, chaise lounge and chair. Small galley kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and eating bar. Private deck. Two flat screen LCD televisions. Large luxury bathroom with spacious walk in shower, separate vanity area. Modular furniture design allows conversion of living room into two twin beds, which is perfect for families. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children. If booking online, please indicate if you would like twin beds setup in living room prior to your arrival.

*All rooms feature a European bedding system with luxurious linens and individual down comforters imported from Germany, pillow top mattresses, combed Egyptian cotton robes and towels, hair dryers, spa bath amenities, in-room safes, refrigerators, fresh ground coffee, radio with iPod dock, flat screen LCD televisions, cable TV, complimentary breakfast buffet for all guests, free wireless high speed internet, and outdoor hot tub.

We are dog friendly, but reservations cannot be made on the web when bringing a dog. ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED by phone- breed and weight restrictions may apply. Dogs need to be 1 year old to stay with us. Dogs are limited to ground floor rooms only. Maximum of 1 dog per room in standard rooms, maximum of 2 dogs per room in suites. Fee: $50 for one dog for one night, $75 for one dog for two or more nights. Fee: $75 for two dogs for one night, $100 for two dogs for two or more nights. We do not allow dogs to be left unattended in the room if you are leaving property. *A Note Regarding Service Animals Under the revised Americans With Disabilities Act, a ‘service animal’ is limited to an animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The tasks performed by the animal must be directly related to the person’s disability. ‘Comfort,’ ‘therapy,’ or ’emotional support’ animals, including dogs for these three purposes, do not meet the definition of a service animal, and thus are subject to the pet fee.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. For Martin Luther King Weekend 01/17/20 -01/20/20, President’s Week 02/14/20 – 02/22/20, and 4th of July Weekend we have a 14-day cancellation policy. For Christmas and New Years 12/18/20 – 01/02/21 we have a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel according to the policy the deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations within the stated time period will forfeit the deposit. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the space you have left. Please take note of the refund policies stated under each activity and pursue our suggestion of trip insurance to protect yourself from unplanned events.  We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters or illness, nor do we give refunds on unused meals or early departures.  You are also welcome to send someone else in your place.  If the highways are closed due to snow, we will forward your credit to a future stay. Maximum Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Upon arrival, if you exceed our occupancy limitations, your reservations will be cancelled or if available, a 2nd room will be required.

Rates do not include room occupancy tax and are subject to change. Rates include a complimentary breakfast buffet. A one night room and tax deposit is required at time of reservation. During holiday periods we require a 50% deposit.  Please contact the hotel for holiday period dates. Please note that reservations are only guaranteed if deposits are received.

Defending our planet requires all of us to be more mindful of our behavior.  At Cedar House, we will no longer provide disposable to-go paper or plastic cups. Please enjoy our delicious drinks in our reusable ramblers, tumblers, glass cups and ceramic mugs. We realize this is a simple change, but even modest steps can have big impacts. We understand this may at times pose an inconvenience, however 16 billion paper cups are used for coffee every single year, which leads to 6.5 million trees cut down and 4 billion gallons of water wasted to make cups that are often used for just a few minutes.  We thank you in joining us as we continue to advocate change against systems that promote the endless tide of plastic and junk, which if not abated, risks the livability of our world for future generations.
