Last chair does not mean the end of the day. Modeled after the post skiing festivities in Italy (essentially a lot of eating and drinking!), this Saturday night festival has all the hearty food, festive drinks and live music to warm you up even on the coldest days!  Sip wine, beer and other cold weather favorites like vin brule.  Rove the various stations of comfort foods inspired by the Italian Alps, such as rich polenta, housemade sausages, cheeses, and more.  Vegetarian? Don’t fret, there will be plenty to delight the herbivore. Come escape the elements of winter, mingle with your friends while feasting on our seasonal Italian favorites.  Ticket price includes 1 drink and all you can eat.

Dinner Menu

Toasted crab and cheddar spread on housemade brioche
Shrimp pate on tomato-rubbed woodfired sourdough crostini, Spanish chorizo, gremolata
Mushroom ragout vol au vent, gorgonzola, parsley salad
Fried eggplant coins, lemon-basil ricotta, San Marzano tomato jam

Appetizer Station:
Mixed cheese and housemade charcuterie board with classic and seasonal accoutrements aside woodfired sourdough crostini
Hummus and baba ganoush with crudite and handmade flatbreads
Baked brie in puff pastry, with local honey, fig jam, nuts, and dried fruit
Classic Swiss fondue with gruyere and emmentaler, woodfired country loaf, grapes, and apple slices

Salad Station:
Mediterannean kale salad, cucumber, tomato, red cabbage, kalamata olive, feta cheese, pine nut, lemon-EVOO vinaigrette
Fresh broccoli salad, radish, pickled red onion, slivered almonds, pecorino romano, cranberry, poppyseed dressing

Neapolitan Style Woodfired pizza:
Pizza Margherita; fresh mozzarella, San Marzano, fresh basil, EVOO
White garlic; Mozzarella, garlic, Italian sausage, oregano, chili flake
Fig and prosciutto with gorgonzola, arugula, local honey, 20 yr balsamic

Hot Bar:
Choucroute Garnie à l’Alsacienne; handmade sausage braised with, sauerkraut, white wine, smoked ham hock, and herbs
Tartiflette; roasted potato and ventreche gratin with creme fraiche, reblochon, and chives, side of cornichon

Date and Time:  Saturday February 16th, 2019 6pm – 8:30pm

Cost:  $50 per person plus tax and 18% service charge. Optional wine pairing available at additional cost. Bottles of wine and beer also available for purchase.  We also welcome limited corkage at $25/bottle.
