Do you have a passion for both nature and fitness? Do you have an upcoming adventure where you might need to add altitude and elevation gain into your weekend workout? Greet the morning with a peak climb to get the heart pumping, the lungs expanding and the mind focused. Our hikes begin with a 7 am Orientation Breakfast at Stella Restaurant where you will meet your guide Jeff Baird, owner and operator of both the Cedar House and Tahoe Trips & Trails. Hikes begin at 8 am and will start at an average elevation of 7000 feet. Participants must be able to hike for 2 to 3 hours. Treks will average from 5 to 8 miles, most likely averaging 1000-1500 vertical elevation gain and loss.
